Posts with decoration heads+retractable post

A stanchion post is an upright bar that includes heavy base and retractable belts, poly ropes or plastic trains. It’s often used as crowd control barrier, for guiding people flow or to separate certain places to ensure safety and privacy.

A stanchion post can be used in different places for different purpose. It can be used in banks, bus or train stations, hospitals, theatre, museums, restaurants, airports, super markets, as a control barrier to keep the distance of people, so as to ensure their transaction safety, also as a guide line for the queue. A stanchion post is also often applied in hotels, trade shows, clubs, concert venues, border pass site, and other events as a barrier post to separate a certain area.  

There are normally two types of stanchion post. Posts with decoration heads use in conjunction of separative poly ropes or velour ropes. They are connected by the stainless steel dish of the post and the stainless steel hook of the ropes. The post often uses a heavy base to offset possible trip hazard and stanchion tipping. There are different sizes and shapes of the base for options, for example, 320cm horn base, 350cm flat base, 360cm taper base. Normally there are rubber base weight, cast iron base weight and zinc alloy base weight. The decoration head have various options, normal ones are ball head, zylinder head and flat head, which look simple and elegant. Retractable post is a stanchion with belts head. It is often with a slow retract belt mechanism for safety and often using a heavier base to hold the momentum of the retraction. In conjunction with a removable sign, it’s a sign stand instantly. It’s eye catching and draws attentions, well performs it’s indication and guidance function. 

The normal material for the stanchion post is 201 stainless steel. So it’s not recommended to use the post outside, or keep the stanchion post remain outside for a long time.
