Hotel bellman hand truck with different material

Hotel bellman carts widely used in hotels, we can see them everywhere. For different standard hotel, hotel may use different standard hotel luggage carts to help people to delivery client’s suitcases. For hotel luggage carts, normally has two types, one is small hand truck, another is big bellman cart.

Big bellman carts are very useful in hotel lobby, but hand truck also be the same. It’s very common use for a hotel with hand truck to delivery small luggage, and if the hotel corridor very small,  to use hand truck would more convenient.

In hotel market, the quality and material of hotel luggage carts are uneven.The design, material, finished all would effected the price. Hand truck is similar as hotel bellman cart. For material, there are steel , 201stainless steel ,304 stainless steel, brass. Normally our hand truck will use 1.0mm thickness of  304stainless steel material, 304stainless steel material better than steel and 201 stainless steel, but not good enough than brass, as well as price. But the large range of hotels may use 304 stainless steel, since brass material is very expensive, only very top hotels would use this material for hotel bellman carts. However, even 304stainless steel, also with different tube diameter size, 38mm&50mm, we use different diameter size for different design hand trucks. Since diameter size different, but both are very durable for carts, as all our carts can be use so many years if under normal use, no force.

Of course that the surface treatment of hand truck also can be make with different finished, polished ,brushed, titanium gold.Titanium gold finished similar as brass material, since most of clients prefer the gold color for hotel carts, because it would looks more high class, upscale of their hotel. However, titanium gold finish would cost more than polish and brush finished.

In additional to the material, the wheels also be the considerate part of hotel hand truck. We have several wheels, such like PPR wheels,pneumatic wheels. These two wheels use the most in hotel carts, the advantage of pneumatic wheels are lower noise, but need to fill in airs after long time use. However, the PPR wheels no need air, but would more noisy when bellman boy deliver the  luggage if corridor without carpet.
