For material,in market usually used 201 stainless steel tube and 304 stainless steel tube.There is no doubt that 304 stainless steel tube is more strong and durable than 201 stainless steel.Especially for hotel located by sea ,anti-rusted luggage cart is more needed for them.In LAICOZY,we use Dia 51mm,thickness 1.0mm 304 stainless steel tube to make luggage cart,after well welding and polishing,our luggage cart looks luxury and high quality.

For wheels,we have 8” black pneumatic wheels/ Chrome pneumatic wheels/ Black hard wheels/ Gray hard wheels for choices,usually we use pneumatic wheels,is non-marking and don’t make noise when moving,so won’t disturb customers when they are having rest.

For tube finish,we have polish,brush,titanium gold and rose gold for different demands.

For deck,before we use carpet,but now we launch a new vinyl deck luggage cart,also 304 stainless steel tubular construction and 8’’ black pneumatic wheels,but we choose vinyl deck to replace traditional carpet.As for hotel owner,luggage cart with carpet is not easy to clean up once it gets dirty,and don’t waterproof also.But vinyl deck luggage cart has waterproof and dirtyproof advantages.Also wear resistant last for long time used.But everything has two sides,this kind of luggage cart is easily to be scratched and leave marks,so i advise customers who think highly of luggage cart’s outlook,can still choose traditional luggage cart with carpet.
