The usage & Material of Hotel Bellman cart

What do you know about hotel bellman cart? When you come in a hotel ,what staff you may see first in hotel lobby? Probably is like a hotel birdcage cart? Maybe you don’t know what it is, but they are widely used in hotel with different design, different finished material, even you can see them in shopping mall display stand, they use it to display clothes or some special staffs. Thus it’s very useful for bellman cart.

So let’s introduce bellman cart.

Material

For hotel luggage cart, common material is 201 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, some high end user may choose copper material. For laicozy hotel bellman cart, we use 304 stainless steel material, and most of our large bellman carts we use 1.0mm thick with 50mm diameter, but for small hand truck, we use 25mm only. Both of them are durable enough for hotel to delivery luggage, and can be used more 5 years if under normal use. 304 stainless steel material is cheaper than copper, but it looks also high class also if customer want to save cost. Copper is the expensive material for carts, only the 5 star hotel will choose these kind of material bellman cart with gorgeous design to show luxury of their hotel, small hotels will not, cos it cost too much for normal hotels.

Design

For the design of bellman carts, there are some regular shape, like birdcage shape bellman cart, this one is the most popular one in the hotel market, except this regular design bellman carts, there also have half birdcage design, square shape, crown or half round design.different design cost different. For hand truck carts, the design may more simple than big carts.

Color:

There are several colors of the tube finish, brush, polish,gold and black color, different color cost different, most of the customers would like to choose gold color, as it looks more high class than silver color, but all these color chose will be depend on the decorative of hotel. Besides, the carpet color also have many color options, like red, black blue grey etc color.

Wheel

Apart from the design and color, there are some different types wheels for option, like Black Pneumatic Wheels, TPR grey wheels and Black PP wheels, it’s very common to use Pneumatic Wheels because of noiseless, and for the carpet deck, there also has non-marking black bumper to secure your property and avoid to make any noise.

In coming future, bellman cart may be use in more areas, due to their special design and easily movable function, and may upgrade more function of bellman carts, let’s look forward it.
