During the frying process, the oil used in the fryer must be careful to continuously release the moisture from the food into the hot oil. This process is equivalent to steam distillation to remove volatile oxidation products from the oil. The released water acts to stir the oil and accelerate hydrolysis. Some volatile substances are produced due to the food itself or the interaction between food and oil. When using the frying machine, everyone should pay attention to controlling the oil temperature of the frying machine to avoid harm to us.

Rules for safe use of frying machines:

Turn on the main power of the fryer and the pan switch → Pour new vegetable oil into the fryer → Check whether the indicator light is normal → Set the temperature control switch on the pan to the required value → Normal cooking operation → Complete the work → Set the temperature control Equipment temperature → turn off the power and pot switch → pour oil → clean the fryer.


Precautions for using the frying machine:

1. Designate a dedicated person to be responsible for its use, and operators are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts during the operation of the equipment.

2. New vegetable oil should be used and reuse is strictly prohibited, otherwise there is a fire hazard.

3. The amount should not be added too slowly to avoid the risk of boiling and overflowing.

4. When putting food into the fryer for frying, please use a special frying basket or slide the food against the wall of the pot to prevent high-temperature oil from splashing.

5. When cleaning the fryer, do not spray its electrical components with water to prevent short circuits.
