Rules for safe use of frying machines:
Turn on the main power of the fryer and the pan switch → Pour new vegetable oil into the fryer → Check whether the indicator light is normal → Set the temperature control switch on the pan to the required value → Normal cooking operation → Complete the work → Set the temperature control Equipment temperature → turn off the power and pot switch → pour oil → clean the fryer.
